1. How signing up for Activities works
- SkillMeBaby currently does not take bookings, does not sell places or tickets and does not accept payments. The Platform helps you find an Activity and its Organizer.
- You sign up for an Activity directly with the Organizer — e.g. through the website, e-mail or phone number given in the organizer profile or Activity description.
- The contract to take part in an Activity is concluded with the Organizer. SkillMeBaby is not a party to it.
2. Prices
Prices shown on SkillMeBaby come from Organizers and are informational. The price the Organizer gives when you sign up is binding.
3. Cancellation, changes and refunds
- The Organizer sets the rules for cancelling your participation, changing dates and refunding payments. Please read them before signing up.
- If the Organizer cancels an Activity, they should inform you directly and update its description on SkillMeBaby.
- The right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply to services related to leisure, sports or cultural events if the contract specifies a date or period of performance (Art. 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The Organizer sets the details in line with the law.
4. Complaints
Address complaints about how an Activity was run, its cancellation or payments to the Organizer. If an Activity description on SkillMeBaby is misleading or unlawful, report it to us as described in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
5. Future bookings through SkillMeBaby
If we launch bookings or payments on the Platform, we will publish a new version of this document with full purchase, withdrawal, refund and complaint terms before the feature becomes available.
