1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works similarly. The controller of the information stored by SkillMeBaby is Bartosz Gertych, a sole trader operating as BARTOSZ GERTYCH, ul. Stoczkowska 7 lok. 10, 04-147 Warsaw, Poland (details in the Terms of Service).
2. What we use
SkillMeBaby uses technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for and to remember your choices. Under Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 they do not require consent. With your consent, we also use our own analytics (section 3). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not embed third-party tools that would set them, and fonts are served from our own servers.

3. Optional categories
Cookie settings (the banner and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer) provide for analytics and marketing categories. Nothing in them runs before you consent, and you can change or withdraw consent at any time in the same place.
Analytics (only with your consent)
We measure which sources (for example a search engine, a social network or a campaign link) and which pages lead visitors to activities and to their registration links. The tool is our own; no data goes to third parties.

- We do not set analytics cookies, create visitor, session or user identifiers, or link events to your Account. We do not store your IP address or browser details with the events, so they cannot be linked back to you.
- A click on an activity's registration link only shows interest; we do not know whether you booked.
- When you move from our website to the application (
app.subdomain), the source of your visit is passed in the link so that it is counted correctly. The link contains no identifier. - If you withdraw consent, measurement stops at once and the
smb-attributionentry is deleted. Events recorded earlier contain no identifier and are deleted after the periods above. - Server and security logs are kept separately for technical purposes and are never used for analytics.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents signing in and remembering your settings.
